Once at a conference on circulation, I heard a womans fat cells are like diamonds, a shape that does not encourage good circulation, whereas a mans fats cells are more like,,, and some smartie said " beer bottles", so now I will never know what shape a mans fat cells are.
Now when the cutting edge knowledge is a : “Woman’s fat cells are more like Diamonds”, giving the appearance of locked a cellulite look of dimpled skin, it follows that its an uphill battle for a womans body to squeeze the circulation between those diamond hard rocks to get in there and mobilise the fat.
This is why its so unfair to compare a womans weight loss stats with a mans,, it like comparing diamonds with ..zircons...
The answer to moblisation of a womans fat cells requires good circulation.... some say a thermogenic cream combined with glad wrap helps warm up and liquidise the fat.. others look at herbal combinations to warm up the metabolism and polish up that circulation. Make those diamonds shine girls, that way no one will be able to notice the dazzle of cellulite without going blind.
